Will this program stop my flushes?

Symptoms of menopause (check out page 22 in the Menopause book for a list of symptoms) are usually a sign of a hormone imbalance.

Hormone imbalances can occur if your body doesn't make the transition from fertility to infertility seemlessly. The symptoms (flushes, insomnia etc) may be due to any combination of high or low: estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. 

Balancing these hormone with fresh foods, gentle exercise, relaxation and other lifestyle suggested here, helps your body transition quicker. 

What is menopause?

Menopause is the natural transition your body goes through when all your eggs are used up in your ovaries. Typically it occurs when women are between the ages of 45-55 years old.

Millions on women globally have no symptoms but increasingly more women are having issues. 

Diet and lifestyle can improve symptoms greatly.

What if I don't like some of the foods in the eating plans?

If there is something you like more of, it is OK to eat more of it.
