​In the morning Sam explains hormones and their impact on how you feel.

Then we deep dive into feminine sexuality. 

We discover what it means to be a feminine sexual being. Unashamedly and proudly!

Through powerful unleashing tools we discover what is underlying our base chakra and how to access it.

We explore a variety of methods such as art therapy, dance and expression to unveil what is within us. Suppressed or otherwise.

Sam has been helping women for over 20+ years in her private clinic in managing hormones, discovering health and happiness and turning up the dial on their own powerful sexuality.

This is a full day starting at 830am, finishing at 430pm.

There is a one hour lunch break and Sam recommends exploring local cafes, or restaurants.
