The 12 Healthy Days of Christmas -Day 4 – Drink Water

On the forth day of Christmas we drank more water.

Drinking water serves multiple health benefits.

Our cells are mainly water and rely on regular fluid exchange to carry out healthy living.

Not drinking enough of this valuable resource leads to wrinkles, poor tired looking skin, low energy levels and more.

Help your body detoxify and aim to drink 8 glasses of pure water a day.

My hottest tip is to fill up a 1.5 litre container of water and sit it on your desk or carry it with you. Aim to drink it all. Spin rinse repeat every day.
