On the twelfth day of Christmas I stopped listening to the negative internal chatter and thoughts
And only listening to the positive inner chatter. Some call this the sage.
I think of this internal voice as our “happy life coach“. It has a quieter voice than the aggressive one.
The aggressive one says things like” typical” ” of course that wasn’t going to work” ” you’re a failure” ” you will never lose weight why bother?”
The happy positive one says things like ” you are getting better..” ” try harder we can do this” ” you are making positive changes, well done!”
Sack the negative one, keep the good one and fill your chatter with self love, self praise and good thoughts.
