On the 6th day of Christmas we moved… moved more and more.
Our bodies are designed for moving, not sitting, especially not sitting in front of a computer for hours on end.
TODAY: Shake it out, wriggle it, climb a mountain, ride a bike, move your body.
Trust me, the more you move your body the more it wants to move.
Every day in 2016 aim to do 30 minutes EVERY day of movement. Not just walking the stairs at work, but moving it.
Walk to work, ride your bike, swim or try a new activity such as surf rafting below (I ended up with a black eye)!
