12 Healthy Days of Christmas day 10 – Walk on the Earth

On the 10th day of Christmas we walk on the EARTH.

OH yes, we took our shoes off, went outside and walked on the earth.

Crazy wild concept I know.

Walking (naked) on the Earth means you are connecting with source.

Your body will relax, your stress hormones (cortisol, testosterone) will drop and if you are trying to lose weight your body will reward you.

Walk, stand, run, dance on grass, paddocks, sand, sand dunes, mud! It doesn’t matter, just connect with earth today.
