Carrot and Seed Loaf

This gluten and dairy free bread is a perfect option for those trying to GET healthy.

High in protein, omega 3s, zinc and vitamin A.

Carrot and Seed Loaf

3 carrots
150g sunflower seeds
150g pepitas
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs of fresh rosemary

Grind the seeds to a powder. Steam or boil carrots until soft, then mash. Mix all together and press into a bread tin container, lined with baking paper.
Cook on 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
Freezes well.
