Chocolate Avocado Cake – gluten, dairy and egg free!

One of my favorite cakes…

Base:

1 cup organic nuts (I use walnuts and pecans but any nut good)

1/2 cup dried apricots (soak for 30 mins)

1 cup of coconut

Filling:

2-3 avocado

1/2 cup cacao powder

Optional coconut oil (use if you are making ice cream – 1/2 cup)

1 1/2 cups of dates

Method

 

 

 

blend until mashed put into flan base. No need to cook.

For ice cream don’t do the base, just the filling.
