Have you ever been a comfort eater?
Maybe binged to relieve stress and turmoil, to later regret it?
I used to be a comfort eater.. or sugar addict, depends on your opinion.
When I felt anxiety, I ate sugar rich foods.
What I now know is that I was really balancing my hormones and self medicating with white poison.
I hope this video helps those of you who comfort eat and don’t know where to turn.
