As I watch long time favourite cartoon show, The Simpsons, I can’t help to think the Homer Simpson archetype is so hormonally accurate it’s scary.
Mumbling about his 39th year and feeling a failure and having nothing to show for his years, Homer is the perfect example of a man with low testosterone and/or high oestrogen.
Self doubt, low confidence, anxiety, negativity, a sense of being a failure or not successful, over weight, unhealthy eating habits and low drive. No doubt DUFF beer, doughnuts, inactivity and a lack of inspiring lifestyle habits have left homer in a hole.
Relating to Homer too much?
Find out what your testosterone levels are. I check both testosterone and oestrogen and use saliva testing to do this . It is a little bit more expensive than blood testing but seems to offer more meaningful results. You can order one through the shopping cart.
